How does remote assistance work?

This page serves as a portal to easily connect to a support representative utilizing Citrix GoToAssist to facilitate a live remote connection to your computer. This will allow the representative to view your screen and provide him or her with the ability to remotely control your keyboard and mouse to assist you with troubleshooting technical problems and help with other software tasks while you observe. Campus network and system restrictions may prevent a successful installation or connection.
